We will
collect no personal information about you when you visit our
website unless you choose to provide that information to us.
If you choose to provide personal information, such as your
name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, we will
consider and keep that information private and confidential.

visit our site to view any pages or use our online reference
materials, you do so without telling us who you are and without
revealing any personal information. You are free to browse our

or improve or promote the site, but we will not publish your

contacting you and gaining your permission.

make a request for information or order one of our publications,
the information you submit may also be entered into our internal
stakeholder database. If at any time you choose not to be listed
in our database, you may request that your name be omitted by
sending an e-mail to ethics@ethics.org
and asking that your name be removed from the stakeholder database.

Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal
information will not be released to third parties except as
necessary to further the purpose for which you provide the information,
such as sending your name to the mailing company which prepares
the labels for our newsletter, and where it is legally required,
such as in the investigation of a criminal offence, and in compliance
with a search warrant or subpoena.

is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any
site that is linked to this one. Your activity on those sites
is covered by the privacy policies on those sites.
